The NPS is more than a collection of places or programs; it’s also a network of people, from employees to volunteers and partners, who are essential to its success. A Call to Action outlines eight actions that will foster NPS professional and organizational excellence for the next 100 years. Priorities range from providing expanded training and development opportunities for the workforce to designing more effective ways to collaborate with partners. In cultivating our most valuable resource — people — we will ensure safety, promote diversity and inclusiveness, and foster leadership, creativity and innovation throughout the system and partner organizations.
